The Curimbaba Group carried out an environmental recovery project at the Gebara mine, with completely exhausted rocks and devoid of clayey substrate. The area was fully revitalized with the deposition of high-quality organic substrate, followed by the planting of native species from the region. The result is a lush forest ecosystem, indistinguishable from the surrounding native forest, demonstrating the excellence of our recovery methodology.
